Renewable Energy Survey Results

Thank you for taking the time to fill out our community survey on Renewable Energy in Keene Township. We really appreciate your participation. We mailed 688 surveys and received 240 responses. You will find the results below in graph format, the original survey with total number tallies for each question, all of the written comments, and a letter comment.  Please let the Township Board know if you have any questions on these results. Tom Sprague did an analysis of the survey results in graph form and it is available in the link below. To view this data, you MUST have Microsoft Excel. This file uses advanced features of Excel. It is not compatible with other applications such as Google Sheets. To open the file, download it and open it with Microsoft Excel.  File password = survey​​  There are tabs along the bottom of the spreadsheet.  You can click in the box list of questions and the graphs will change to reflect each question's results.

Invenergy, a renewable energy company, held an informational open house where residents could learn about commercial solar energy.  It was held on July 30 at the Saranac High School.  If you could not make it, the link below "Invenergy Info" contains 5 pages of information about the company and solar in Michigan.
